Coating materials are saved in common database. The most frequently used materials and coating operation parameters are tabled for coating fast search. These parameters reflect enterprise technology:
- Panel cutting by coating material width. When you use materials of sufficient width for panels overall dimensions observance it is required to diminish their sawing dimension by material width value.
- Allowance adding. This parameter allows to take straightening unit of edge coating machine into account. Allowance can be set in two ways: by material width or by fixed values.
- Coating mode allows to use one cutting of coating material for several edges coating.
After parameters setup you should specify the panel and edges for coating via a mouse.
Coated panels are marked on furniture drafts with an annotation that contains coating material and coating operation data:
- panel cutting necessity,
- allowance value,
- coating material symbolic representation (code),
- material cut sequence number for the panels to be coated.
